The Board of Directors of SUM Technology Berhad ("SUM Technology" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company ("Purchaser") had on 22 September 2026 entered into a share sale agreement ("SSA") with INI-CONCEPT SDN BHD ("Vendor") for the proposed acquisition of 255,000 ordinary shares in INI Technologies Sdn Bhd ("INI" or the "Target Company"), representing 51% of the issued share capital of the Target Company ("Sale Shares"), for a total cash consideration of RM2,000,000.00 ("Purchase Consideration").
