The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Nirmala A/P Doraisamy ceased to be a member of the Employee Share Option Scheme Committee on 21 September 2026, following her resignation as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the same date. 

With effect from 25 September 2026, the Employee Share Option Scheme Committee of the Company shall comprise of the following members:-

Chairperson - Lynette Yeow Su-Yin (Independent Non-Executive Director)

Member - Putri Norlisa Binti Mohd Najib (Independent Non-Executive Director)

Member - Mizran Bin Md Nahar (Non-Independent Non-Executive Director)
