This announcement supersedes the earlier announcement dated 24 August 2026 due to amendments made to the calculation of the Earnings Per Share ("EPS") for the comparative periods which are required to be adjusted retrospectively as if the consolidation of every two (2) existing ordinary shares in the Company into one (1) consolidated ordinary share which was completed on 16 February 2026 had occurred at the beginning of the earliest period presented pursuant to the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards 133 Paragraph 64.
