The Company wishes to announce that Pekat Teknologi Sdn. Bhd. ("PTSB" or "the Lessee"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 21 September 2026 entered into a conditional Lease Agreement ("Lease Agreement") with a Company ("the Lessor") for the proposed lease of approximately 470 acres of land situated in Mukim Sungai Petani, Daerah Kuala Muda, Negeri Kedah, comprising Geran 10854 Lot 8601, Geran 10855 Lot 8602 and Geran 10535 Lot 8603 ("Demised Premises"). The commencement of the lease is subject to the fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent (as defined under Paragraph 3.2 herein) under the Lease Agreement. Subject to the fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent, the lease period shall be twenty-four (24) years ("Lease Period") commencing from the Commencement Date, being a date to be determined by PTSB through written notice to the Lessor at any time prior to the Unconditional Date (being the date on which the last of the conditions precedent has been fulfilled), and shall fall within five (5) months from the date of such notice ("Commencement Date"), in accordance with the terms of the Lease Agreement ("Lease").
