| Working experience and occupation | Encik Ahmad Huzaifi Edzral has over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with extensive experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, treasury and financial management across various industries. He joined AWC Berhad in July 2025 as Group Corporate Finance Manager, where he was responsible for Group financial performance analysis and reporting, annual business planning and budgeting, strategic financial analysis, enterprise risk management and investor relations. Prior to joining AWC Berhad, he held finance positions with Webhelp-Concentrix Malaysia, Handal Energy Berhad and United Malayan Land Berhad, with responsibilities covering Group financial reporting and consolidation, management accounts, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, Bursa reporting and regulatory compliance. He also has prior audit experience with KPMG PLT (Malaysia). |
