Reference is made to the announcements dated 19 December 2025, 16 February 2026, 12 March 2026, 6 July 2026 and 22 July 2026, and the circular to the shareholders of Mah Sing dated 7 July 2026 in relation to the Proposed Land Acquisition ("Circular"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

 

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that M Industrial and Aura Muhibah have, on even date, mutually agreed to extend the period for the fulfilment of the remaining Conditions Precedent as set out in the SPA and the Supplemental SPA from 20 September 2026 up to 21 December 2026.

 

For avoidance of doubt, all other terms and conditions of the SPA and the Supplemental SPA remain unchanged.
