Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 10 November 2025, 12 November 2025,  6 January 2026, 14 January 2026, 7 April 2026, 23 April 2026, 13 May 2026, 8 June 2026 and  29 July 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcements.

The Board wishes to announce that the hearing of Enclosure 1 was held today, 17 September 2026.

The Court has, among others, made the following orders:

1. an Interim Judicial Management Order be granted in respect of SCSB, subject to the conditions imposed by the Court;

2. Mr Baltasar bin Maskor be appointed as the Interim Judicial Manager of SCSB until the disposal of Enclosure 1;

3. the further hearing of Enclosure 1 has been fixed on 18 November 2026; and

4. the moratorium under Section 411 of the Companies Act 2016 shall be in effect and continue until the disposal of Enclosure 1.

In regard to the conditions imposed by the Court in relation to the Interim Judicial Management Order, the Company is in the process of obtaining the sealed order and/or the full terms and conditions of the Interim Judicial Management Order. Further details will be announced upon receipt and review of the relevant court order, where required.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments in relation to the above matter.
