Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 14 September 2026 in respect of the update on Release Orders from Pengerang Refining Company Sdn Bhd (the "Announcements").

Unless stated otherwise all words and expressions defined in the announcement shall have the same meaning when used herein.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to provide the following additional information:

1. The release orders received by HIGHBASE, SCRA, and HIMS are expected to be completed within 80 Mechanical Days* from the commencement date, which is tentatively scheduled in March 2027.

Notes:  * "Mechanical Day" means a day on which the entire or relevant portion of the plant is shut down for execution of the works under the ROs.
