The Board of Directors of Eco World Development Group Berhad wishes to announce that EWPL had on 15 September 2026 submitted a bid for the Land for a tender consideration of SGD208,099,000 (or approximately RM667.62 million) to the Urban Redevelopment Authority, acting as the agent for the Government of the Republic of Singapore.

The decision on the award of the tender will be made after all bids have been evaluated. Further announcements will be made in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad once such decision has been made.
