Reference is made to the announcement made on 1 September 2026 on Proposed Change of Name. 

The Board of Directors of YBS International Berhad ("YBS" or the "Company") wishes to announce that there was an inadvertent error in the announcement relating to the poll results of the Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("24th AGM") of the Company held on 28 August 2026.

The Company wishes to clarify that the seven (7) Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 24th AGM dated 30 July 2026 were duly passed by way of poll. However, Special Resolution 1 was not carried and therefore was not passed by the shareholders of the Company.

Accordingly, any reference in the earlier announcement indicating that Special Resolution 1 was passed should be disregarded.

The poll results were duly verified by Sharepolls Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.

The corrected details of the poll results of the 24th AGM were set out in the amended announcement made on 8 September 2026, General Meetings: Outcome of Meeting.
