DESTINI BERHAD ("DESTINI" OR "COMPANY") - UPDATE ON STATUS OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH NATIONAL DEFENCE UNIVERSITY OF MALAYSIA

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcement made in relation to the same on 18 September 2023.

 

The Board of Directors of Destini wishes to announce that the MOU is due to expire on 14 September 2026. The Company has decided not to extend the tenure of the MOU upon its expiry. Accordingly, the MOU shall cease to have effect upon the expiry of its tenure on 14 September 2026.

 

The expiry of the MOU is not expected to have any material financial impact on Destini and its subsidiaries.
