The Board of Directors of the Company had approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 December to 31 March. The next financial year will commence from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2027, covering a period of 15 months. Thereafter, the subsequent financial year end shall end on 31 March annually. The rationale is to enhance resource availability, improve audit management, and to provide new Auditors with an additional time to complete their audit.
