We refer to our announcement dated 28 August 2026.

The Company wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") was granted leave of the Court today to file an application for Judicial Review against the

Securities Commission Malaysia ("SC") arising out of its decision vide the SC Letter dated 24 August 2026 in dismissing the Company's application dated 25 March 2026 to review 

the SC's decision stated in the SC Letter dated 18 March 2026 with regards to the sanctions imposed against the Board ("Judicial Review Application").

Today, the Court also granted a stay of the SC's directive to provide the Record of Depositors ("ROD") pursuant to subparagraph 20.01(2)(b) of the Rules of Take-overs, Mergers and 

Compulsory Acquisitions pending the disposal of the Judicial Review Application.

The Judicial Review Application is fixed for hearing on 25 May 2027.
