The Board of Directors of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad ("KLK") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. Lee Jia Zhang as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") with effect from 1 October 2026.

Mr. Lee, who currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, will be redesignated as CEO as part of the Group's orderly leadership transition and to support continuity in KLK's strategic and operational direction.
