Genetec Technology Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Share Registrar of the Company, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd with effect from 8 September 2026.

The Share Registrar has also discontinued its facsimile number, and its email address has been updated to [email protected].

Save for the change of name, email address and discontinuation of the facsimile number, the address and other contact details of the Share Registrar of the Company remain unchanged.
