The Board of Directors of I-Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Share Registrar of the Company, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd with effect from 8 September 2026. 

The email address of the Share Registrar has also been updated to [email protected], and its facsimile number has been discontinued.
