The Board of Directors of New Hoong Fatt Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company has, on 9 September 2026, received notification from its share registrar, informing the Company of the change of name from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Share Registrar" or "Vistra") with effect from 8 September 2026.

The change of company name forms part of Vistra's internal integration and streamlining following the acquisition and merger of the Tricor group of companies and aligns the company name with other Vistra offices.

In addition, the Share Registrar's email address has been updated to [email protected] and its facsimile number has been discontinued. All other contact details, including the registered address and telephone number, remain valid and unchanged.
