The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd with effect from 8 September 2026.

The change of name forms part of Vistra's internal integration and streamlining following the acquisition and merger of the Tricor group of companies and aligns the Share Registrar's name with other Vistra offices.

There is no change to the Share Registrar's registered address and telephone number. The Share Registrar's email address has been updated to [email protected] and the Share Registrar no longer maintains a fax number.
