The Board of Directors of Sapura Industrial Berhad ("Company")  wishes to announce that it received, on 9 September 2026, a notification from its Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. that:

a) it has changed its name to Vista Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd., with effect from 8 September 2026;

b) it has changed its email address to [email protected]; and

c) it no longer maintains a fax number.

The Company has also been notified that the change of the Share Registrar's name does not affect the continuity of its business operations, services, rights, obligations or existing business relationship with the Company.
