We refer to the previous announcements and the explanatory statement/circular to shareholders dated 2 March 2026 in relation to the Internal Reorganisation ("Explanatory Statement/Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Explanatory Statement/Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that all the central depository system (CDS) accounts of the Entitled Shareholders have been duly credited with new Arvex Shares today, marking the completion of the Shares Exchange.

KHJ will be delisted from the Official List of Bursa Securities and its listing status will be transferred to Arvex following the completion of the Shares Exchange.
