The Board of Directors of WB wishes to announce that the Share Registrar of the Company has changed its name from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Vistra") with effect from 8 September 2026. The formal notification together with a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name of Company were received from Vistra on 9 September 2026.

Please note that the Share Registrar no longer maintains a fax number and the email address will be updated to "[email protected]". All other contact details, i.e. the Share Registrar's address and telephone number remain valid and unchanged.
