The Board of Directors of SFHB wishes to announce that the Company has, on 9 September 2026, received a written notification from the Share Registrar informing the Company on its change of name from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. with effect from 8 September 2026.

The Share Registrar also informed the Company that it no longer maintains a fax number and that its email address has been updated to "[email protected]".

Save and except for the above, all other contact details of the Share Registrar, including its address and telephone number, remain valid and unchanged.
