The Company wishes to announce that our Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd ("Vistra") with effect from 8 September 2026.

This change of name forms part of Vistra's internal integration and streamlining following the acquisition and merger of the Tricor group of companies and aligns its company name with other Vistra offices.

Vistra's address and telephone number remain unchanged. The email address was updated to [email protected], and fax number has been discontinued.
