Naim Holdings Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 9 September 2026 received notification from its Share Registrar, informing its change of name from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. with effect from 8 September 2026. 

The Share Registrar also updated its email address as [email protected] and discontinued the use of its facsimile number with effect from 8 September 2026.
