The Board of Directors of TMK Chemical Bhd. ("TMK" / "Company") wishes to announce that the Share Registrar of the Company, namely Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. with effect from 8 September 2026.

The Share Registrar has also discontinued its facsimile number, and its email address has been updated to [email protected].

Save for the change of name, email address and discontinuation of the facsimile number, all other contact details of the Share Registrar remain unchanged.

The Company received the formal notification of the change of the Share Registrar's name on 9 September 2026.
