| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Li Wai Leung ("Mr. Martin Li") was previously an Executive Director of the Company, having served on the Board since 15 June 2017. Mr. Martin Li holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Hong Kong and is a Fellow Member of both CPA Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Martin Li joined Hengan Group on 3 January 2017 as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and was subsequently appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Hengan International on 26 March 2020. He also served as the Company Secretary and Authorised Representative of Hengan International. Prior to joining Hengan Group, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer in two sizeable PRC-based manufacturing companies and was a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Martin Li resigned from Wang-Zheng Berhad Group and Hengan Group with effect from 1 April 2026 to pursue other career opportunities. He has since accumulated broader industry and leadership experience, and his return to the Board is expected to further strengthen the Company's strategic and financial oversight. |
