The Board of Directors of Cropmate wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 September 2026 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary known as Cropmate Holdings Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 202601035543 (1697638-K)] ("CHSB").

The intended principal activity of CHSB is investment holding.

None of the directors and major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the incorporation, save for Lee Chin Yok, the Managing Director, as well as Lee Cheng Seng and Lee Cheng Fei, the Non-Independent Executive Directors of the Company who have been appointed as directors of CHSB.
