The Closing Price of RM 1.3622 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the MRDIY Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and MRDIY-C56 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of MRDIY-C56 shall terminate absolutely.
