We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the INARI Shares.

INARI-C5D is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 November 2025 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. INARI-C5D is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 25 February 2026, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 21 August 2026 and the Term Sheet dated 8 September 2026.

INARI-C5D is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of INARI-C5D is set out in the attachment.
