Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Circular to shareholders of the Company dated 12 March 2026 in relation to the Corporate Exercises.

 

Reference is made to the announcement dated 6 August 2026 in relation to the application for an extension of time to complete the implementation of the Rights Issue with Warrants.

 

On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 7 September 2026, after taking into consideration the relevant facts and circumstances, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 22 February 2027 to implement the Rights Issue with Warrants.
