Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of P.A. Resources Berhad ("PARB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely P.A. Extrusion (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("PAESB") and Professional Aluminium Smelting Sdn. Bhd. ("PASSB"), have each, on 7 September 2026, accepted the Letters of Offer for additional banking facilities granted by AmBank (M) Berhad and AmBank Islamic Berhad amounting to RM205.45 million and RM50.0 million, respectively, with an aggregate facilities limit of RM255.45 million ("the Additional Banking Facilities").
