We refer to the announcement dated 31 July 2026 ("Announcement"). Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

 

The Company further wishes to announce that its external solicitors, Messrs Skrine, had filed the following documents:

 

1.  The Memorandum of Appearance to represent the Company in the abovementioned case on 12 August 2026; and

2.  The Defence on 4 September 2026.

 

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in this matter as and when necessary.
