(Reference is made to the announcements dated 2 July 2026, 30 July 2026 and 27 August 2026, and the circular to the shareholders of YLI dated 31 July 2026 in relation to the Proposed Capital Reduction ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.)
