We refer to the Company's announcements dated 25 January 2019, 23 November 2020, 16 December 2020, 4 May 2021, 20 June 2025, 23 June 2025 and 26 June 2025 respectively.

On 2 September 2026, the Court of Appeal dismissed GP Autobat Sdn. Bhd.'s (GPA) appeal (with costs) against the Decision of the Kuala Lumpur High Court which assessed damages to be as follows:

1. The Defendant is to pay the Plaintiff the claimed amount as assessed damages;

2. The Defendant is to pay the Plaintiff interests at the rate of 5% per annum on the claimed amount from the date of the High Court's Judgment on liability on 28 September 2016, until full and final settlement; and

3. Costs of RM40,000.00 to be paid to the Plaintiff.

GPA has thirty (30) days from 2 September 2026 to file an application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court. GPA is presently seeking legal advice, on the next course(s) of action.
