DISPOSAL BY PUB OF 100% EQUITY INTEREST IN PARAGON CAR CARPETS & COMPONENTS SDN BHD FOR AN INDICATIVE DISPOSAL CONSIDERATION OF RM13.42 MILLION TO BE SATISFIED ENTIRELY VIA CASH ("DISPOSAL")

The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Disposal.

 

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 10 September 2025, 17 October 2025 and 9 June 2026 in relation to the Disposal.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Disposal has been completed on 3 September 2026 following the satisfaction of the respective completion obligations under the SSA, including receipt of full payment of the Final Disposal Consideration from the Purchaser.
