We refer to the announcement dated 28 August 2026 in relation to the Proposed Disposal ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, the definition used herein shall have the same meaning referred to in the Announcement.
The Board of Directors of JSB wishes to announce the additional information in relation to the Proposed Disposal announced on 28 August 2026 as follows:-
- There were no liabilities, including contigent liabilities in relation to the Proposed Disposal of which remained with the Company; and
- There were no guarantees in any form given by JSB to Nexora or UFSB.
