Reference is made to the announcement made on 23 October 2024 in relation to the commencement of the members' voluntary winding-up of Deleum Rotary Services Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200501013242 (690289-U)] ("DRSSB"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company wishes to announce that DRSSB had held its final meeting on 3 September 2026 ("Final Meeting") at Level 33, Menara 1 MK, Kompleks 1 Mont' Kiara, No. 1, Jalan Kiara, Mont' Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur to conclude its members' voluntary winding-up.

The Liquidator will lodge with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver a return of the holding of the Final Meeting ("Return") and of its date with a copy of the account attached to such Return, within seven days from the Final Meeting in accordance with Section 459(3) of the Companies Act, 2016 ("the Act"). The Company will be dissolved on the expiration of three months from the date of lodgement of the Return by the Liquidator pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Act.
