Siti Zurina Sabarudin has been an Executive Director of Ascent Capital Private Equity Sdn Bhd since October 2025, where she helps steer the company growth and strategic direction as a private equity fund management company. Her responsibilities include shaping investment strategies, identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, overseeing deal origination and due diligence, guiding portfolio development and value creation initiatives, managing relationships with investors and business partners, and supporting the execution of transactions and the company broader expansion plans. She also serves as an Independent Director of Labuan INS International Trust Limited.

She was the Founding Partner of Messrs Zurina from October 2016 to April 2026, where she advised government-linked and private sector clients on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital fund formation, and fintech regulatory matters.

Prior to that, she was a Partner at Azmi & Associates, Zul Rafique & Partners and Abu Talib Shahrom, advising on corporate and capital markets transactions, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, sukuk issuances and venture capital investments. She also served as a Senior Associate at Deol & Gill and held legal positions at SapuraCrest Petroleum Berhad, Foong & Partners and Punca Niaga Sdn Bhd. She commenced her legal career at Azmi & Associates in 2002.
