The Board of Directors of Ramssol wishes to announce that the Company has received a notice of resignation dated 1 September 2026 from TGS TW PLT ("TGS TW") in respect of its resignation as the External Auditors of the Company ("Notice of Resignation").

Pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016, TGS TW has tendered its resignation as the External Auditors of the Company and, in accordance with Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016, its term of office shall come to an end twenty-one (21) days from the date of the Notice of Resignation.

TGS TW's resignation was due to its broader audit portfolio and resource management considerations. Saved as disclosed, the Board is not aware of any matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Company is currently in the process of identifying and appointing a suitable firm of external auditors to fill the vacancy arising from the resignation of TGS TW. Further announcement will be made by the Company on the appointment of new Auditors in due course.
