The Company wishes to announce that during the case management held on 28 August 2026 via e-review, the Court has directed as follows :

1. Parties are to file Special Bundle, Written submission, Executive Summary (PDF copyable) and Common Core Bundle (if any) on or before 19 February 2027 while submission in reply (if any) must be filed on or before 5 March 2027;

2. To file Notice Makluman Butiran Pihak-Pihak before 22 March 2027;

3. The final date to file any document is before 6 March 2027;

4. The case management via e-review is fixed on 8 March 2027; and

5. The physical hearing is fixed on 22 March 2027, 9.00 a.m.
