We refer to the announcements dated 16 October 2024, 17 October 2024, 21 October 2024, 21 November 2024, 25 February 2025, 12 June 2025, 22 August 2025, 21 November 2025, 26 February 2026, and 22 May 2026 respectively in relation to the MOU between NetRunner and AIZO.

AIZO had on 16 October 2024 entered into a MOU with NetRunner to form a joint collaboration to explore the potential infrastructure support for the establishment of a Tier 4 Data Center Hub in Sarawak in order to meet the increasing demand for secure and reliable data storage and processing facilities.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that there has been no further material development since the previous announcement.
