This announcement is dated 28 August 2026 ("Announcement").

 

We refer to the Company's announcements dated 25 February 2026, 26 February 2026, 2 March 2026, 4 March 2026, 5 March 2026 and 13 August 2026 in relation to the proposed private placement of new Zetrix AI Shares ("Earlier Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 27 August 2026 resolved to approve the Company's application for an extension of time of up to 1 March 2027 for the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement.
