Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 26 June 2026, and 1 July 2026 ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company's Announcement.

The Board of Directors of Jentayu Sustainables Berhad ("JSB") wishes to announce that the Company had on 28 August 2026 entered into a Deed of Mutual Termination of the Share Sale Agreement ("SSA") dated 26 June 2026 with Lourdes Medical Centre Sdn. Bhd. ("LMC"). Both parties have mutually agreed to terminate the SSA with no costs and liability one to another, and both parties shall have no further claims one against another in relation to the sale of 100% equity interest held by the Company in Ultimate Forte Sdn. Bhd. ("UFSB") to LMC for a cash consideration of RM1,750,000.00 ("Termination").
