The Board of Directors of SDS Group Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 31 July 2026 was duly passed at the EGM held earlier today.

 

The resolution was decided by way of poll voting. The results of the poll were validated by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
