We refer to the Company's announcements made on 28 November 2025, 8 April 2025, 27 March 2025, 26 March 2025, 3 April 2024, 7 March 2024, 17 January 2024, 15 December 2023, 28 November 2023, 27 October 2023, 18 August 2023, 28 June 2023, 29 March 2023, 8 February 2023, 3 November 2022, 24 June 2022, 10 June 2022, 9 June 2022, and 4 June 2022 ("earlier Announcements").

 

Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Company's earlier Announcements.

 

The Board of Directors of GIIB ("the Board") wishes to inform that the High Court has allowed the application for the discharge of Messrs. How & Partners from acting as solicitors representing the Plaintiff.

 

The Court has subsequently fixed the new dates for the trial as follows:

 

  • 2 and 3 September 2026
  • 8 to 10 September 2026
  • 30 September 2026
  • 1 October 2026
  • 22 October 2026
  • 26 to 28 October 2026

 

The Board will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in relation to any further material developments on this matter.
