Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Malaysia"), the Board of Directors of Parkson wishes to announce the required information in relation to the moneylending operations of Parkson Credit Sdn Bhd ("PCSB"), a licensed moneylending company and a subsidiary of Parkson, in the ordinary course of PCSB's business for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026.

The details of the required information pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11; and Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the MMLR of Bursa Malaysia for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026, are set out in the attachments.
