The Board of Directors of Geohan wishes to announce that Geohan Sdn. Bhd. ("GSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geohan, had on 24 August 2026 accepted a letter of award from Chin Hin Property (Segambut) Sdn. Bhd. appointing GSB as the contractor for the Segambut Project in respect of the following works:-

(i) Earthworks;

(ii) Piling works; and

(iii) Sub-structure works.
