Further to the announcement made on 28 November 2025, the Board of Malayan Flour Mills Berhad ("MFM") wishes to announce that MFM Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MFM, had on 24 August 2026 held its final meeting to conclude its member's voluntary winding-up ("Final Meeting").

The Liquidator will lodge with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver, the Return by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting ("Return") together with a copy of the accounts within 7 days from the Final Meeting in accordance with Section 459(3) of the Companies Act 2016 ("Act"). MFM Ltd will be dissolved upon the expiration of three (3) months from the date of lodgment of the Return by Liquidator pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Act.

The dissolution of MFM Ltd will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of MFM Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. It is also not expected to have any operational impact on MFM Group.
