The Board of Directors of Country Heights Holdings Berhad ("CHHB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has changed its financial year end from 30 June to 31 December. Accordingly, the current financial period will be extended to eighteen (18) months from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2026 to facilitate better alignment of the Group's financial reporting and operational planning.
