Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 9 February 2026, 11 February 2026, 19 February 2026, 4 March 2026, 7 May 2026, 12 June 2026, 29 June 2026 and 19 August 2026 on the above matter.

Unless otherwise defined, the capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company's earlier announcements.

The Company wishes to provide additional information regarding its announcement made on 19 August 2026.

The Suit is largely premised on matters between the Plaintiffs and 1st Defendant.  The Plaintiffs' allegation against the Company in the Suit is solely on the issue of the removal of the 2nd and 3rd Plaintiffs as directors of the Company, where it was alleged that it amounts to a product of a purported fraud and/or conspiracy to injure the Plaintiffs. The Company is not a party to, nor involved in any of the alleged transactions and/or arrangements between the other parties in the Suit.

As regards to the claim involved the Company, the Company's appointed solicitors had filed a striking out application dated 23.6.2026 ("Enclosure 57") to strike out the Plaintiffs' Writ of Summons dated 4.2.2026 and the Statement of Claim dated 13.2.2026. Enclosure 57 is fixed for hearing on 12.10.2026. The Company has a reasonable chance to resist the Plaintiffs' claims.

The Company expects that the Suit will have no material adverse financial impact on the Company's financial position for the financial year ending 30 June 2026. In terms of operational impact, the Company does not expect the Suit to affect or disrupt its day-to-day business and operations.
